Today, we are three natural stone mills and a modern cylinder mill, located in Montefiore dell’Aso, in the Marche region.
We are a farm that cultivates and reproduces traditional cereal varieties from Central Italy.
We are also a completely renovated facility in the countryside of Massignano — a former shoe factory brought back to life thanks to the daily work of about twenty people across the warehouse, offices, shop, packaging area, and School.
We stand at the top of an organic supply chain that brings together many farming companies with whom we share values, choices, and vision.
